Safavieh Return Policy?
Safavieh's Standard Return Policy allows for products to be returned 30 days after purchase in exchange for a replacement or a refund. If the item being returned was processed correctly and was not damaged in any way, a small restocking / handling fee may be charged. In the case of damage to a product, a photo of the damaged piece may be requested before a replacement can be provided. A customer service rep will provide a shipping label and all necessary information for the item to be returned in case of product damage. However, return shipping labels are not provided in the case of “Buyers Remorse” or discretionary buyer returns. In these instances, the product needs to be returned to the Safavieh location that shipped the item(s). Once the item(s) have been returned, a refund or exchange will be processed.
For products purchased from a Safavieh retail partner using the Buy Now links on shop.safavieh.com, contact the retailer directly and follow their return policy instructions.
In cases of "buyer’s remorse," a shipping / handling fee of 25% will be applied. Return shipping charges in these cases are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. If a delivery is refused, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
To return an item, a customer service representative will provide a shipping label and necessary information to return the item. Refunds typically take 14 business days once an item is returned.
